After crossing the finish line in Berlin, continue the celebration by joining us on an adventure filled with Bavarian culture, beer, and breathtaking scenery. 

You’ll start with a scenic group transfer from Berlin to Munich, where we’ll kick things off with a welcome dinner. Experience Oktoberfest like a local with guaranteed table seating in one of the famous tents, including lunch and a few pints of beer. 

For those staying longer, opt to take your free day to explore the city of Munich or head out to the the German countryside with a visit to the iconic Neuschwanstein Castle. This extension is the perfect way to unwind and celebrate your marathon achievement—spaces will fill up fast!

After landing in Berlin, make your own way to the hotel; check-in is 3 pm. We will have FIT guide hellos in the lobby this morning followed by a 2:30pm departure to the expo for bib pick-up.  Please book flights to arrive early in the morning to make this departure! 

If you arrive earlier, opt to take a walk, explore the local area, or rest up!  This evening, meet more of your fellow runners, friends, and family for a welcome reception. 

After breakfast, your Berlin city tour awaits! Join your expert local guide for a historic tour taking you through East & West Berlin, the Holocaust Memorial, Checkpoint Charlie, and beyond. Tour is a combination of bus and walking tour.

The tour concludes back at the Hilton. Rest of the day free to return to the expo on your own or explore Museum Island, the Spree, and more.  

Opt to register for the Generali 5K this morning in Berlin (register directly via the SCC Events website) or enjoy a free day to rest up or explore more of Berlin!  

Tonight it's our pre-race dinner for marathon prep and a good night sleep!

After breakfast, begin your transfer from Berlin to Munich with the group.  Transfers to the train station and train tickets are included.  

Depending on our arrival time - there might be time to explore the local area. This evening join FIT for a welcome dinner. 

Time to celebrate Oktoberfest with a proper afternoon ticket (guaranteed table seating) into the famous Oktoberfest tents including a 1/2 chicken & 2 full liter beers for lunch! This evening you are free to continue Oktoberfest celebrations! 

For those departing today - we wish you safe travels homeward!  For those staying, breakfast is included.  Today is a free day today to enjoy the city of Munich on your own or opt to explore the beautiful German countryside with a trip to visit Neuschwanstein Castle! FIT is also happy to make recommendations of day tours or a local city tour to book.

After breakfast, check out of your hotel room.  Safe travels homeward.
