You certify that you are an authorized user of this credit card and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to a fee. Please refer to the specific package for detailed cancellation charges. 

Changes by Passenger: Any changes to the booking after confirmation may incur additional charges. 

Travel Documents: It is the your responsibility to ensure all travel documents are valid and up to date. 

Cruise Ship Itinerary Changes: The cruise ship reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances without refund.

Responsibility: VACATION LIFE TRAVELING LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond its control.

You acknowledge that travel involves certain risks and uncertainties for which VACATION LIFE TRAVELING LLC shall not be held liable. You confirm that You are medically fit to undertake the travel and have the necessary medical insurance coverage. 

Valid passports with an expiration date of 6 months or more from the return date of this trip is required.
