10-night tour

You will begin with 3 nights in a hotel in Utrecht and then 7 nights on a luxurious river cruise ship. Utrecht has been called "Amsterdam without the crowds"

Gourmet meals

Amadeus is known for its gourmet-quality food. At lunch and dinner wine and beer are complimentary. The ship also has free afternoon tea and nighttime snacks

Custom shore excursions

All shore excursions are included and we will have custom day trips for our group. You can also wander independently in any of the towns where we are docked

Independent time

Since our hotel essentially travels with us, it is ideal for people who want to have more independent time or alternative experiences such as hiking, cycling, antiquing or exploring

Taxes, fees, and tips

Gratuities for the ship crew and cruise manager are included in the tour price. Port charges are also included. These are usually additional fees but they are included in our pricing

No hidden port charges or required gratuities. The tour price includes port charges and gratuities to the guides and cruise staff

Travel insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended. Some policies require purchase soon after your first deposit. Your travel advisor can help you decide the coverage that is best for you

Gratuities to others

It is customary to tip a particularly good local guide with 2 Euros per guest/per tour. You may wish to tip your coach driver, too.
