The London Marathon is the largest running charity event in the world and a World Marathon Major. The event is set over a largely flat course around the River Thames, beginning at three separate points around Blackheath and finishing in The Mall alongside St James's Park within a short walk of our FIT hotel location. FIT has been a proud partner of the TCS London Marathon for the past six years, and we're looking to return for our seventh in 2026.

The Essentials Package offers everything you need for marathon weekend without overcomplicating things. You’ll stay at The Dilly, a historic hotel dating back to 1904, located in the heart of Piccadilly. With its lively atmosphere, walkable location, and recent refresh under new ownership (formerly Le Meridien), The Dilly combines charm, convenience, and value.

Just 700 meters from the finish line, The Dilly places you in the center of the action.

This package is designed to give you the essentials—and the flexibility to customize your race weekend however you like. Tours, pre-race dinner, onsite guide services, and transportation to the start are not included, so you can do it your way. This package is designed to be hands off; it is ideal for travelers who have been to London in the past and/or are comfortable navigating race weekend logistics on their own with a little support from our team. If you are looking for a more robust, hands-on experience, we highly recommend our Signature Package.
