I'm a lifelong student of yoga in all its facets: philosophy, asana alignment, meditation, and breathwork. I completed my 200-hr RYT certification at Sonic Yoga NYC in 2001 and 500-hour training at Lotus Yoga in NJ in 2009. I blend Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa, focusing on breath-centered movement, alignment, and foundational yoga principles. Classes are a choreography of breath, stillness, deep body awareness, and an open heart.
