We are beyond thrilled to be taking the bend, sweat, love spirit back to Panama for our 2027 Bend Beyond Beach Retreat!

We absolutely LOVED the secluded beachside retreat center we spent a week at this year, and knew we had to go back again!! Sansara is located in the peaceful Panamanian village of Cambutal on the southernmost point of Panama. Cambutal’s beautiful beaches and mountains provide the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation experience where you will find inspiration from everything that surrounds you. The Sansara Experience has been mindfully created to inspire and encourage you to tap into your untouched potential, explore endless possibilities and foster meaningful connections. Sansara is an easy 6 hour drive from Panama City and transport from the city is included so you get to take in Panama's countryside on your way to paradise. The retreat center is right on the ocean with beautiful rooms, a pool, plenty of area to hang out, delicious and healthy farm-to-table food, plenty of activities, and a beautiful yoga room right on the ocean...and at 6 degrees off the equator it'll be naturally hot and humid for an incredible sweaty practice while you watch the waves roll in! For 2027 they are adding even more spa rooms, another beautiful beachfront yoga room, a small gym, and a sauana and cold plunge!!

PLEASE NOTE: Although the retreat is May 2-8, 2026, to make it to this incredible retreat center, you must arrive in Panama City on Saturday May 1st and spend the night there. Sansara will pick us up Sunday morning to take us to the resort. They will drive us back on Saturday May 8th. If there is a late evening flight that day we will be able to take it, however, it is likely we'll stay the night in Panama City and fly home on Sunday May 9th. I promise this adventure will be totally worth it!!

Accommodations

7 Days + 6 Nights at Sansara. This inspired beachfront retreat center features beautiful beachfront rooms, 2 oceanfront yoga rooms, a pool, and many places to relax and recharge.

Meals

Delicious farm-to-table food is prepared to nourish your body and soul. Dinner on the arrival day, breakfast on the departure day, and 3 meals a day all other days are included in your retreat.

Transportation

Transportation to and from Casco Viejo in Panama City. It's a 6-hour easy drive on well maintained roads.

Classes + Workshops

ALL classes/workshops hosted by Bend Beyond! Feel your best with two classes daily, including your favorite BB classes specially curated for retreat participants.

Dry Land Surf Lesson

One complimentary intro to surf lesson in the oceanfront yoga room.

Bikes and SUPs

Complimentary use of SUP boards & cruiser bikes.

Wifi

You can stay connected as needed or shut tech down and enjoy all there is to offer.

Other Amenities

To make your stay as easy and stress-free as possible, each room comes with hypo-allergenic bedding and towels , organic toiletries, and safe.

Private Pool Access

Cool off after class in the pool or lounge in one of the hammocks found around Sansara.

Private Beach Access

Sansara is located on a beautiful black sand beach with no one else around.

What's not included

Airfare

Flights to and from Panama City. Participants must book flights that arrive to PTY on Sat. 5/1 and depart PTY at 7pm or later on Sun. 5/8 or that depart on Sun. 5/9.

Additional Food & Drink

Snacks and drinks are available throughout the day for purchase from the bar.

Spa Treatments

Massages and other body treatments or energy work are not included.

Sauna & Cold Plunge

Included with some spa offerings and available at additional charge.

Excursions

There are options for Sansara to schedule various excursions (included surfing!!!) for you and those are not included in the retreat rate.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that you purchase cancellation/trip insurance to protect your investment.

Tips/Gratuity

Recommended tip of around $20 per day at end of stay to cover all tips for Sansara staff.

Nights in Panama City

It is necessary to stay in Panama City on 5/1 and 5/8. These nights are not included. Accommodation can be arranged at a partner hostel or hotel at discounted rates.
