July 16-23, 2027
Cusco • Sacred Valley • Chaullacocha • Machu Picchu
An 8-day, 7-night journey through the Andes for women who are craving space, perspective, and something deeper — a chance to step away from the noise, reconnect with themselves, and experience Peru through its landscapes, traditions, and the people who call it home.
Throughout the week, we'll wander the ancient streets of Cusco, watch the Andes unfold around us in the Sacred Valley, share meals and stories with a Quechua family, walk alongside alpacas near turquoise mountain lagoons, and stand in awe at Machu Picchu.
Every part of the journey is intentionally paced and thoughtfully designed with local partners, ensuring a respectful, grounded, and reciprocal experience.
More than a trip to Peru
Most travelers experience Peru through the highlights.
This retreat was designed to go deeper.
✓ A remote Andean homestay with a Quechua family
✓ A private local guide with lifelong connection to the Andes
✓ A slower pace that leaves room for connection and reflection
✓ Experiences built around respect, reciprocity, and meaningful cultural exchange
✨ a reminder of who they are outside of their everyday routines
✨ meaningful conversations instead of small talk
✨ adventure without having to figure everything out alone
✨ deeper connection—to themselves, other women, and a new culture
✨ permission to choose something just for themselves
Come experience Peru in a way that feels connected, unhurried, and deeply human.
"Highly recommend Living in Flow retreats! The Peru retreat was a once-in-lifetime experience with the most amazing women. Melanie puts so much thought into making every transition seamless—her partner guide gives you the meaningful tours and spiritual explanations of the ancient marvels of Peru. You would not be able to re-create this experience with any other tour guide! Additionally, you get a chance to experience old world life with the Quechuan homestay. I felt so safe and taken care of the entire time and made deep connections and friends that will last a lifetime. Thanks so much Melanie!" - Dania, July 2026

Peru has a way of changing your sense of time. In the Andes, ancient traditions are still woven into everyday life. Days move slower. Meals become conversations. Strangers become friends. This retreat was designed to experience Peru beyond the bucket-list moments—to slow down, connect with local communities, and leave with memories that become part of your story.

Melanie is a travel writer, retreat host, and founder of Living in Flow. Since launching Living in Flow, she has been creating immersive women's retreats rooted in meaningful travel, connection, and adventure. After losing her home and beloved cat in a fire in 2021, she built Living in Flow as a way to help women reconnect with themselves through experiences that feel both grounding and expansive.
She believes travel has the power to change us—not because it gives us a new life, but because it reminds us to fully live the one we already have.
Domingo is the founder of Kallpa Travel and our local guide throughout the journey. Born and raised in Peru, he brings a deep connection to the Andes, sharing the history, traditions, and stories that make each place come alive.
Through Kallpa Travel, Domingo has built experiences centered around responsible tourism, meaningful connection with local communities, and creating opportunities for travelers to experience Peru beyond the typical tourist path. Throughout our retreat, he’ll help us navigate the journey with warmth, insight, and genuine care — offering a deeper understanding of the places, people, and traditions we encounter along the way.
We’ll begin and end our journey in Cusco. Please plan to arrive on July 16 (by 3pm) and depart on July 23 (any time after 10am). If your flight times fall outside that window, you’ll be able to arrange a taxi or private transfer without any issues.
