Then the evening is yours to explore Portland, and trust me, I have recommendations.

  • Meet your fellow campers and your host

Day 2: Lavender + Wine

On day two, we head for the heart of the Willamette Valley, but not before stopping for a quintessentially Portland treat. The afternoon takes us to a gorgeous husband-and-wife-owned-and-run lavender farm for a picture-perfect picnic lunch (hello, Instagram moment!), where you can wander the rows, pick your own lavender, and snap photos to your heart's content. If that's not swoon-worthy enough, after lunch we sit down for an intimate tasting led by one of Oregon's most esteemed winemakers, and one of my good friends at an estate that Wine Enthusiast has named "one of the top Pinot Noir producers in the United States." The day ends at your dreamy private boutique cottage, your home away from home for the rest of camp, with free time to explore our charming home-base town. Then, as the sun sets, we gather for a gentle candlelight stretch session, journaling, and intention-setting meditation.

  • Quintessentially Portland morning treat

  • Lavender farm experience and picnic lunch

  • Intimate afternoon wine tasting and behind-the-scenes tour with an acclaimed winemaker

  • Check in to your private luxury boutique cottage

  • Free time in our charming home-base town; dinner on your own

  • Candlelight gentle stretch session, journaling, and intention-setting workshop

Day 3: Olive Groves + Wine

Start your morning however your heart desires: sleep in until you're completely refreshed, venture out to discover a charming new-to-you coffee shop, or join us for a zen morning stretch or coffee & crafts if you'd like to get your creativity juices flowing.

Then we're off to the town of Dayton for a true destination for the senses, where we wander through historic Mediterranean-style olive groves at the only Oleoteca in Oregon. You'll enjoy a relaxed olive oil tasting paired with delicious bites that transport you straight to Europe, learn about the traditional olive milling process, and savor a wine tasting with views for days.

In the afternoon, choose your own adventure: a gorgeous nature walk through the groves and vines, or a browse through an incredible artisan farm shop stocked with gourmet ingredients, cookware, and home treasures. Later, explore the charming town of McMinnville, join fellow campers for “chat and crafts” in the clubhouse, or recharge your batteries with a nap or journaling time in your cottage.

That evening, we gather for a true Oregon farm-to-table private dinner experience with an acclaimed husband-and-wife chef team featuring the bounty of the Willamette Valley. Guaranteed you'll be talking about it long after you've unpacked back home.

  • Zen morning stretch & inspiration session

  • Olive oil tasting and education with sweet and savory small plates at the only Oleoteca in Oregon

  • Wine tasting at a pioneering Oregon vineyard
