Tucked away in the rain-forest of Costa Rica, Vida Asana is the perfect setting for this yoga teacher training program. Led by founder Rosemarie Gonzalez Gainza, along with her colleagues Catalina Badilla and Alejandra Torres, students will have the chance to immerse themselves in this comprehensive yet fun-filled yoga teacher training. 

The 3-week curriculum of this training program includes:

* Anatomy and physiology - 20 hours 
* Electives - 15 hours 
* Practicum - 10 hours 
* Teaching methodology - 25 hours 
* Techniques training or practice - 100 hours 
* Yoga philosophy, lifestyle, and ethics for yoga teachers - 30 hours
