About this trip

If you have never been to Costa Rica, one term you should be familiar with is “Pura Vida” (pronounced poo-rah vee-dah). Simply translated, it means “simple life” or “pure life”, but in Costa Rica, it is more than just a saying—it is a way of life. Pura Vida means to be thankful for what you have and to not dwell on the negative.

This is why Costa Rica is the perfect place to begin your yoga teacher journey and why we’re excited to bring our amazing 200 Hour RYT training here this October-November. Ready to shift into the life you've always imagined? Join us and your fellow spiritual-seeking yoga junkies today!

Enerchi Yoga
We’re modern-day yogis. We need our coffee just as much as we need our Savasana. We want a practice that not only helps us to look good but feel good too. We want a place to help us be our best physically, mentally, and spiritually before we take on the world Enter Enerchi. We’ve been around the world searching to find a yoga studio that successfully combined both the spiritual and physical aspects of yoga. Yet each studio we visited seemed to stress one or the other. So we decided to put our money where our mouth is and opened our own studio in the heart of Atlanta, the city we call home. We offer Yoga Teacher Trainings, yoga retreats, and weekly classes on both sides of the spectrum – from meditation to vinyasa flows and restorative yoga – we have what you need to help you be the best you can be. We're excited to share our practice with you and help you #unleashyourenerchi!
