About this trip

Join us for a joyful late-summer retreat in the heart of North Wales.

Think yoga, Pilates, meditation, stunning mountain scenery, coastal walks, sea dips, nourishing food and plenty of time to simply slow down, breathe and reconnect.

Hosted by Heidi Sanderson, founder of Hot Lotus Wellbeing Hub, and co-hosted by the wonderful Abi, this retreat blends movement, relaxation and meaningful rituals to leave you feeling refreshed, re-energised and inspired.

Each day you'll enjoy a carefully balanced programme with plenty of choice. Start your mornings with energising yoga or Pilates, spend time exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Snowdonia and the North Wales coastline, and unwind with restorative practices designed to help you switch off from everyday life.

Throughout the weekend, Abi will share some truly special experiences. She'll guide a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, combining meditation, breathwork and journaling whilst exploring the traditions and benefits of ceremonial cacao. She'll also lead a beautiful Fire Releasing Ritual, offering the opportunity to let go of old stories, limiting beliefs and anything that no longer serves you, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer and empowered.

Abi is a Yoga Teacher and Celtic Witch based in Manchester, bringing warmth, wisdom and a deep respect for nature and ritual to the retreat. She will also be available throughout the weekend for optional Reiki and Tarot sessions should you wish to enjoy some additional healing, guidance or quiet reflection.

Whether you're joining us to deepen your yoga practice, reconnect with nature, make new friendships or simply enjoy a weekend of rest and self-care, you'll find a welcoming, supportive space where you can be completely yourself.

Our Location is located the perfect distance between the Snowdonia mountain range and the North Wales coastline. We're far enough into the countryside to see a clear starry sky at night while only being a 10 minute drive from the UNESCO site in Conwy.

Our views are completely undisturbed and the only sounds are the soft breeze and occasional friendly sheep.

With lovingly renovated cottages, a serene Japandi-inspired yoga studio, and breathtaking mountain views it is the perfect setting for rejuvenation, rest, joyful connection, and unforgettable experiences.

Thanks to its convenient location, we’re able to enjoy three full days together. Arrival is from 10:30am on Friday, allowing you to settle in and begin your retreat without rush.

We’ll close on Monday at 10am, following a nourishing breakfast to fuel your journey home—leaving you feeling restored, rejuvenated, and deeply cared for after this well-deserved escape.

About your organizer

Hot Lotus is a dedicated Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates studio based in Stockport offering a range of heated and unheated classes to the local community. The studio features state of the art heating equipment, sound and lighting as well as well-appointed public areas, toilets, changing rooms and showers.

The studio opened in 2018 and very quickly flourished via word of mouth with students coming not only from the local area, but from all over the North West and as far afield as North Wales and Yorkshire.

Of course it isnt the fixtures and fittings that make a studio successful, success lies in the warm welcome and sense of community.

Heidi and her team have made it their mission to create an environment which makes the classes accessible to all, whether you have never taken a yoga or pilates class before, or whether you are looking to up your game. Young and old, all come to improve both their physical and mental wellbeing.
