About this trip
Yoga is involved with wholesome and healthy living encompassing the mind, body, and spirit. This 200-hr course helps students to explore these various aspects of yoga through experienced trainers. Students will experience the alchemy of the five elements, the four directions, and the chakra system as an inner and outer map of transformation. This alchemy of yoga will ignite the Physical alchemy (tapas), Mental alchemy (svadhaya), and Spiritual alchemy (ishvara pranidhana).
