This elite international experience brings together top athletes from across the USA to represent their country in friendly competition against local club teams and Jr. National Team-level opponents.

AIST offers a group flight option for passengers who prefer to fly together. Flight details will be provided once we secure the best schedules and routes.   The group flight will most likely depart from MIA.  All group flight passengers would be responsible for getting to MIA.

Important Note: To include airfare in your tour package, you must select the "Complete Package (With Airfare)" option. Seats are limited at the quoted price, and if additional seats are needed, the cost may increase. Book early to secure your spot.  

Please follow these steps to complete your registration and deposit: 

1. Select your tour package - Complete with group Airfare or Ground Package only 

2. Complete the deposit and registration - If you have a valid passport, please enter it at time of your registration.  If not, please start the process of getting your passport immediately and provide those details once you receive it.

Notes Regarding Rooms:

We will using 4 star hotels with double and triple bed room options.  In some cases we may be able to accommodate 4 passengers in a room.  The players will be booked in double and triple rooms with their own beds.  If a passenger requires a single room they will need to pay a supplement select the option to add-on a single room booking.  Players will room with teammates, we will do our best to take requests and room you with any teammates you might be traveling with but room sizes and arrangements are always subject to availability.

How to Register

✔ Option 1: Set up a separate account for each non-player participant or family as you prefer. 
✔ Option 2: Add additional passengers to the player’s account. Secure your spot early and experience this unforgettable journey together!  

Once you have set up your account and registered you will be required to make a $500 deposit per person.  

All payments are fully refundable until November 1, 2025.  The following is a breakdown of the payment schedule - subject to change depending on your time of registration.

Payments Schedule:

At check-out you will see a detailed description of payments due and the due dates.  Payments will automatically be deducted on those dates.  Please make sure your account has sufficient funds at those times.  If you need to make adjustments please contact info@aist.us and we will accommodate the best we can.  In general, we must have 50% of the total due by 4 months prior to departure and all balances must be paid 2 months prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy: 

All payments for 2026 tours are fully refundable until November 1, 2025. If you cancel for any reason after November 1, 2025 you will be subject to a $500 cancellation fee. 

All cancellations must be confirmed by e-mail to AIST at info@aist.us. AIST will do their best to eliminate cancellation fees when possible, however, this is dependent upon our suppliers and the timing of your cancellation of the tour.  Airline cancellation fees are not included with the fees below. Additional cancellation fees may apply if you have canceled your tour after airline tickets have been purchased.

‍·    All payments for summer tours are fully refundable until November 1, 2025

·    A fee of $500 will be assessed if you cancel for any reason after November 1, 2025

·    A fee equal to 50% of the total trip cost (land and air) will be assessed for cancellations between 130 and 101 days prior to departure

·    A fee equal to 75% of the total trip cost (land and air) will be assessed for cancellations between 100 and 61 days prior to departure.

·    Cancellations made within 60 days of departure will receive no refund.

·    WeTravel Processing fees are non-refundable
