Yoga Teacher Training
25 Day 200-HR Intensive Yoga Teacher Training Course

Spend 25 days in paradise learning the fundamentals of yogic philosophy and what it takes to become a yoga teacher.

The course is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance intensive program that will provide education in all areas of yoga including yogic philosophy, anatomy of the physical body and the subtle body (pranas, chakras, koshas and nadis), yoga sutras, asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing techniques), kriyas (cleansing techniques), bandhas (locks), mudras (gestures), mantras (chants), and other traditional techniques.


Although no previous yoga experience necessary, applicants are required to be in good health and have a genuine interest in yoga.

07:00 - Practice (Asanas / Pranayama)

FRIDAYS : (Optional) Half day. Mandatory classes run until noon. We have found that some students desire more free time during the course. Due to this, we have optional simple course related activities on Friday afternoons that students may choose to join, or alternatively they can take opportunity to combine their half day with their day off and opt to stay overnight at a different location and return the next day if they wish. Your meals will be prepared as usual.

SATURDAYS : Day off. You may choose to explore the island or stay at the resort. Your meals will be prepared as usual.
