This 200 hour yoga teacher training course is offered by highly trained instructors in the pristine and serene jungles of Costa Rica. This once in a lifetime experience helps to connect you with your inner self along with preparing you to take up yoga training as a profession. The course is specially focused on well being and healthy living.

There are many activities that are offered in and around the resort including:

Cycling, Hiking, Horse riding, Kayaking, Mountain walking, Hiking, Mountain biking, Whale watching, Surfing, Swimming, and Stand up paddle boarding, to name just a few.

The resort has a fully equipped spa where can opt for various services. (Not covered within the course fee)
