This Yin Training may be just what you were looking for! Enjoy yin yoga, pranayama, meditation, and theory. This 25hr training can be used as continuing education, or as the perfect staycation.

Yin Yoga uses floor-based postures held for prolonged periods of time to nourish the fascial tissues of the body and stimulate the deeper energetic channels in the body.
Over 4 days, Jennifer will guide you from the physical body to the subtle bodies, using the Koshas as a tool to aid in your journey of self-discovery. Each session will consist of a deep Yin practice based on 1 of the 5 Koshas, followed with pranayama and meditation. At the end of each day, we’ll dive deeper into the theory and practical work of the Yin practice.
This training is suitable for those teachers who would like to become certified to teach yin, but also for the lay person who would like to dive deeper into yin and meditation.

You will also receive a digital copy of Jennifer's Yin manual.
Props needed: 2 blocks, strap, several blankets.
Optional props: bolster, eye pillow, sandbag.
