It's also a space for us to learn tools, and knowledge to take back home with us to streamline and grow our businesses.

The island of St. Martin/Sint Maarten is a bustling island  with beautiful beaches, and a robust culture. Phillipsburg, its capital, is perfect for shopping and being intertwined with the people of the island. 

Sint Maarten, the Dutch side, is the lively side of the island. With Maho Village and the famous Maho beach at your doorsteps, there's always something to see or do.

St. Martin, the French side, is the more relaxed side with boutique hotels, and so many restaurants to try the islands local cuisine.

The island also makes for great island hopping to the near by islands of Anguilla, Saba and St. Barts. (all currently require full vaccination for entry)

You'll have a choice to stay at two,  beautiful, beachfront 4 star all-inclusive resorts right next door to each other.

All group functions will be held at venues at Sonesta Maho

Sonesta Ocean point guests have access to both resorts. Sonesta Maho guests DO NOT.

Sonesta Maho has 2 pools, 7 restaurants, and 5 bars. There is always something to do or not to do on the resort and entertainment everyday, all day!

There is also a Spa on site for a day of pampering.

Sonesta Oceanpoint has 3 pools (including the swim-out pool), Oceanpoint has 3 restaurants and guests also have access to all of Maho's restaurants. Attend shows and enjoy entertainment at both resorts.

Both are located at the popular Maho beach (public beach) and within walking distance of Simpson bay and Mulley Bay.

The travel protection applies to and covers room and transfers ONLY. The post departure trip delay portion applies if you purchase your flight through AP Travel Services with our vendor for this trip.

Pre-Departure Penalty Waiver (Non-insurance features) Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR)- You may Cancel for Any Reason prior to departure.* Non-refundable hotel rates are not included. 

The refund will be issued for a future travel credit less the amount of the waiver ($50-$75)

You may upgrade your travel protection to receive a cash refund less the cost of the travel protection ($140-$175), if cancellation occurs.

Post-Departure Travel Insurance (Underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company) Trip Interruption - Reimburses unused hotel arrangements and additional costs for unforeseen circumstances. Travel Delay - Reimburses you up to $ 3,00000 per person for expenses such as meals, lodging, and local transportation costs should you be delayed 6 or more hours due to a defined Hazard, such as a Common Carrier Delay or Quarantine (imposed by a physician or government authority). Missed Connection - Reimburses you up to $ 50000 per person for unused arrangements and additional transportation should you miss your departure due to a delay of at least 3 hours to 12 hours of all regularly scheduled flights due to a covered reason, such as adverse weather or Quarantine (imposed by a physician or government authority).  

1. All fully vaccinated w/ booster travelers:  No test required. The completed vaccination date cannot be older than one year, unless a booster shot has been administered before the ending of the one year term. The booster shot must be at least 14 days old. The EHAS application must still be completed. The date of completion of vaccination must be submitted as well as valid proof of vaccination (official country vaccination card or QR code, full name and name, dates administered and batch number(s) of vaccine) from the country where the vaccine was administered. A received booster shot must be indicated in the appropriate field and proof thereof (official country vaccination card or QR code) must be uploaded as well
2. Full vaccinated without booster:  rt-.PCR test within 48hrs or Antigen test within 24hrs before departure.
3. non- fully vaccinated, are required to have a negative Covid-19 test in accordance with the required type of test. For the age category of 5 up to 10 years, an oropharyngeal swab will also be accepted. rt-PCR test within 48hrs or Antigen test within 24hrs before departure.

1. The government of Sint Maarten has implemented a mandatory COVID-19 insurance for all travelers with destination Sint Maarten with the exception of Sint Maarten residents, transit passengers departing the same day (checkbox), flight crews (checkbox), transiting cruise ship crews (checkbox), French nationals residing in France or a French territory, BES-ZVK insured (checkbox) and AUC faculty and students (special procedure). The insurance purchasing process is an integrated step in the EHAS application. 2. The application must be completed in order to be processed. This includes proof of a negative COVID-19 test result, information on the vaccination status (including official proof of completed vaccination in case fully vaccinated) and the purchase of the mandatory COVID-19 insurance in case required. Children must have the online health form filled out by their parents. Provide a working personal email address on which you are reachable.
3. All incoming passengers are subjected to temperature checks and other screening protocols and may be subjected to mandatory testing at their own expense. Failure to comply with the screening at the Health Check Point upon arrival will result in you not being cleared to enter St. Maarten and sent back to your originating country. If re-tested upon arrival you will be required to self-isolate or self-quarantine at your place of lodging/residence until the test results are known.
4. Applicants will receive confirmation of their accepted application. Non-completed applications will be automatically deleted within a day after the provided travel date.
5. If health authorization is pre-approved, you will receive a (printable) pre-authorization PDF via e-mail, which must be presented at check in and to the health and immigration authorities upon arrival. This PDF will also contain a QR code which will show the vaccination status and COVID test result when scanned. Keep the original rt-PCR or antigen test result and proof of vaccination always with you. Please check your spam/junk mail folder as well in case you haven’t received a response. If health authorization is not pre-approved, you will receive an e-mail informing you that health pre-authorization has been denied.

The cancellation schedule is as follows:

Cancellations up to 126 days - Deposit is non-refundable

Cancellation up to 125 days - 10% penalty 

Cancellation up to 96 days - 30% penalty

Cancellation up to 66 days - 75% penalty

Cancellation at 45 days - 100% nonrefundable

Meet your transportation service (location will be specified closer to the arrival date)

If you arrive earlier than check-in time, the front desk will hold your luggage and you will be free to explore the resort until your room is ready.

We will have a group chat for everyone so if early arrivals want to meet informally.

Our official meet and greet event will happen at/on The Sands, an outdoor venue overlooking the ocean (wear sandals). We'll have our opening remarks, introduce ourselves, network, and just have a casual evening.

Our workshop day will consist of a 4-5 hr session with 3-4 speakers (including a 30 minute break).

We'll be covering various topics to help you grow and sustain your business.

All Speakers will be announced by May.

After the workshop, the rest of the day is yours to do as little or as much as you want!

 We will have an optional trip to the nearby Maho village (walking distance) to experience the lively atmosphere. 

Today is  a leisure day. We'll have some additional suggested activities for those active travelers.

Later in the day, we'll be transported 10mins away to Simpson Bay where we will board a private Catamaran for a sunset sailing that includes open bar, music and hor' dourves.

Today we're taking a trip to explore the island, on our own terms.

We'll meet in the lobby at 10:45am and will have a drive take us to St. Martin where I'll give the group ideas and places to see. We'll meet back up at a designated time and head to the capitol, Phillipsburg. We'll do a little more exploring maybe some shopping before heading back to the resort around 3:30-3:45pm.

Tonight will be our Farewell dinner, held at the Royal Pavilion at 6:30pm. This will be a buffet with open bar.

 We'll have our closing remarks and conclude the 2nd Annual Entrepreneur Vacay!
