This is the 2nd Flamingo Fanatics Fling, "Let's Flamingle at the Beach" Flockers! 

This year we are headed to the TradeWinds Island Resort in St. Petersburg Fl. for more crazy Flamingo Fun.  The Fashion Show is back again this year just bigger and better so start planning your outfit. We will be taking a bus trip to Jungle Gardens in Sarasota. We have some great beach activities plan.  

We are still working on all the details of the event but we wanted to offer you the opportunity to reserve your spot.

A portion of the process from this event will be donated to 50legs.org and to Bonaire Wild Bird Rehab. 

  All cancellations must be in writing via email to ffsociety21@gmail.com or by US mail. 

Text messages, Facebook postings, phone messages will not be accepted. 

· · Cancellations received by July  1st, 2022,  will be charged a  $225.00 cancellation Fee.

· Cancellations received after July 1st, 2022, or later will forfeit 100% of the convention fee.

There is no refund for No-Shows or early departures.

 you will need to make a $200.00 deposit at the time of booking and then 2 additional payments.

ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY July 5th, 2022.  contact me for exceptions 

Please remember the following are your responsibilities: 

1) The funds must be in your account on the dates mentioned above. There will be a $40.00 fee assessed for all returned checks or credit cards that are unable to be processed.

2) If your credit card number changes for any reason it is your responsibility to notify us.

3) All checks need to be made out to Hyre Cruises & Travel, mail to: 2211 Airport Rd, Aliquippa PA 15001

4) There will be no refunds for No-shows or Early departures
