We had signed up for a snorkeling trip with Ximena and from the very start, we had a great experience. They were very responsive and would response to all our queries almost instantly. While the rest of the people on our boat were there for a Scuba experience, my wife and I had signed up for snorkeling. We had been allotted a dedicted guide who took great pains to explain to us what we would see that day. Ximena is well respected and liked by everyone including the crew of the boat. We had two snorkeling sessions that day and were treated to a sumptuous meal in between. Ximena is a people's person and spent time with us after our snorkeling to check on us and made sure we were comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Our family of six enjoyed an amazing experience Scuba-diving and snorkelling In the marine park this week. The booking process was well supported & so easy for us, as staff speak excellent English and were available at all times of the day through whatsapp both messaging and phoning - Maria was exceptional for booking us and catering to all our group’s needs. We organised a day that suited a 7yr old snorkeler, as well as experienced divers, and those that have recently done their open water certification. Engin was our diving guide -professional, thorough, friendly, great with kids and supported all our needs and requests. He went out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable. We had excellent refresher information, guidance on the Marine Park Dive sites and the safety information that was provided was greatly appreciated. We all had the best dive experience & excellent service from the minute we met Engin before loading the boat. Highly recommending this Dive company and all their staff who were professional courteous and supportive for all our needs! Thanks again for such a great family day for all of us.
