So much to say but not enough time to write this message. During my 7 day retreat I had 2 ceremonies. They were both extremely beautiful in different ways. I’ve really enjoyed my time being under the care of Nirvana and her staff here at Sayulita Wellness in Mexico. She’s the best that anyone could ever ask for. She’s so sweet, kind, and knows her medicine! So many emotions and stories shared with from myself and everyone that was here catering to my well being and mental health. After so many years I couldn’t find much to help me and my childhood trauma and plant medicine is the way. I highly recommend Sayulita wellness. I love you Nirvana! Sayulita Wellness retreat gave me my life back. I have C-ptsd and have been unable to find relief from my pain. The stress of my job was triggering my condition, and I felt hopeless. I had stopped believing I would ever get over the pain, and life was just going through the motions. With encouragement from my therapist and husband, I took the leap of faith and signed up for the psilocybin retreat at Sayulita Wellness. I weaned off of my anti-depressant medication, which I have been taking for over twelve years, and set my intention to heal my trauma. The Sayulita wellness retreat is more than just mushroom medicine. The entire program is designed to prepare you for success and give you the tools to continue on your healing path after you leave. The staff at Sayulita are some of the most caring people I have ever met. They are truly there for you. I was very nervous about going to a retreat like this, but after I arrived and met the staff, I knew I had chosen the right place. Now that I am on the other side of the retreat, I am able to continue working on healing, which I know will be a lifelong journey. Now, I see my path forward. I am experiencing joy again in my life, and I am so grateful. I tried for so long to find relief with traditional medication and therapy, but I couldn't heal. I was stuck. I am encouraging all of my loved ones who suffer from mental health issues to take the leap of faith and attend treatment at Sayulita Wellness. For me, an emotionally intense but thoroughly gratifying experience.

I had an excellent experience. From the moment I was met at the airport until even after the retreat was over, I was very well taken care of. There was a large team of people assisting me throughout the experience, all of whom were very caring and competent. The Shaman was very approachable--she stayed with me the whole time and answered all my questions. The cook was wonderful; all of the food she prepared was fresh and delicious. The accommodations were first-class, in a building with a spa, swimming pool, beach access, and other amenities. I recommend this experience without reservations.
