Aatma Bodh Foundation is conducting a 3-day immersion retreat for Pranayam, Meditation & Yoga. Learn a wide variety of techniques & styles including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Kriya, Kundalini, Abundance Meditation, Sound Meditation, Silent Meditation, Breathing & Pranayama. Explore the beauty of natural surroundings at our retreat. Go for trail walks, participate in our kirtans or just enjoy and soak in the calm and serene environment.
In this retreat, you will participate in 60 to 90 minute day classes consisting of traditional asanas, (styles including Hatha & Vinyasa) pranayama, and meditation sessions. In the evening, there would be kirtans or silent meditations. You will learn meditation techniques that you will be able to practice on your own as well.
