Lilly Balch (Co-Host) - Lilly is a NYC & London-based yoga and meditation teacher, artist, author, and creator/host of The Morning Ritual Podcast. Lilly specializes in teaching mindfulness meditation and yoga therapy. She seeks to support your sense of presence, internal strength, and inner peace through a balanced combination of movement and stillness. It is her goal to empower her clients to progress towards improved mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Sophie Hardy (Co-Host)-Teaching yoga for Sophie is a great honour, to witness transformation in human beings over a period of time or even just in an hour, is a gift that she feels privileged to be a part of. Sophie's intention as a yoga teacher is to create a playful and inspiring safe space for us all to come together, to move, to be creative, be brave, be silly but most of all, to let go. Let our hair down, let go of expectations and just be in the moment, in the body, connecting with the breath and the spirit.
Whether you are an asana practitioner or not, practising yoga on and off the mat is enriching and insightful, Sophie continues to learn and discover more every day. Honouring time for yourself, to be still, nurturing your being, to love yourself, and letting yourself unwind means that you can go on and share your love to the world. She is truly grateful that she gets to share her joy and passion for yoga and to constantly be surrounded by beautiful and inspiring human beings.
