We roll out from Agadir and drive through the southern countryside and argan forests where goats love to show off their climbing skills. Our first break is in Taliouine, the saffron capital of Morocco. After coffee and a stretch, we continue to Gas Haven, the movie style gas station from The Hills Have Eyes. Then we reach the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou for a guided visit of its clay alleys and cinematic views. In the afternoon we follow the Road of 1000 Kasbahs through Rose Valley and arrive in Tinghir for dinner and a relaxing night at the hotel.
After breakfast we head to the Todra Gorges, one of Morocco’s most impressive natural sights with high canyon walls and perfect photo spots. We walk through the Tinghir oasis with a local guide, visit the Jewish quarter and learn about traditional Berber carpet weaving. The fun continues with a stop for Berber dress up photos before driving toward the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. When we arrive, your luggage goes by 4x4 and you ride your camel into the sunset. Sandboarding is available for anyone feeling brave. Dinner, music and a peaceful night at the desert camp finish the day perfectly.
Wake up early to enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, ride your camel back to the village or upgrade to a quad bike for extra adrenaline. We begin the drive to Marrakech with regular stops for breaks, food and photos of the changing landscapes. Expect to reach Marrakech by early evening where we drop you off at your hotel or the nearest accessible point.
