This 3-day retreat gives you the tools for going deep within, quieting mental activity, and experiencing deep rest. The practice of silence (withdrawing our attention from the outside world) is used as a pathway to physical, mental, and spiritual renewal. This retreat also happens to be on the weekend of the summer solstice, marking the longest day of the year, when the US is lush and green. It is a time of opening, energizing, and renewing.
This retreat is limited to 11 participants to allow for an intimate supportive group of people.
Arrive by 6pm. Welcome dinner at 7:30pm, followed by a kundalini yoga class and guided meditation. Silence starts at 9pm.
