Amboseli is part of the Savannah plains with a high population of both bird and animal species. Amboseli has a mixed topography of plains, acacia woodland, rocky thorn bush, swamps and marshes. The diversity, along with a long dry season, ensures excellent viewing of the large concentrations of African Animals living in this natural habitat. Amboseli offers some of the best opportunities to see African animals because its vegetation is sparse due to the long dry months. This is the only park where Africa’s tallest Mt. Kilimanjaro acts as a back drop while on a game drive. The view of this mountain when the clouds open out is spectacular! In Nairobi you will picked from your Hotel / Airport and depart to drive to Amboseli National Park. After lunch take on an afternoon game drive

In the morning with your bags packed, you will bid Amboseli “kwaheri” meaning goodbye and “full of lasting safari memories!” you will depart and embark on your drive back to Nairobi. In Nairobi time allowing and depending on your schedule we will offer you a shopping excursion at Maasai Market. If we have enough time you can enjoy a sumptuous Lunch / Dinner barbecue at the famous Carnivore Restaurant before being dropped off for your onward plans(optional at an extra cost)
