About the retreat
“Steps to Change” Workshop lasts 3 days, during which we work in a special combination of intellectual learning and experiential learning.
Experiential learning is learning through experiences and processes.
With energetic and challenging processes, you can see how you deal with certain situations and how you can do it in a different way.
Because we go through the process experientially, the results remain over time.
You also get simple, practical, and effective tools to help you apply what you have experienced and learned.
At the same time, intellectual learning is delivered in the form of lectures, debates, and theories that support those experiences. Using this method, you can create the life you want.

This is a time for you to go inward, reflect, and prepare yourselves for the new day ahead.
Each day we go deep into understanding the relationship between our body and mind.
*we will focus on a variety of different techniques including conscious movement and breathing, practical inquiry, meditation etc.
