- 24-48 Hours Before Tour Date: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 Hours / No Show: No refund.
- Rescheduling: Allowed once at no extra cost if requested 48+ hours before the tour date. Subject to availability.

- Ages 0-3: Free of charge (must be accompanied by an adult).
- Ages 4-10: 50% of the adult price.
- Ages 11+: Full adult price.
- All children must be under the supervision of an adult throughout the tour.
