1. 48+ Hours Before Tour Date: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit (if applicable).
2. 24-48 Hours Before Tour Date: 50% refund.
3. Less than 24 Hours / No Show: No refund.
4. Rescheduling: Allowed once at no extra cost if requested 48+ hours before the tour date. Subject to availability.

Children Policy

1. Ages 0-3: Free of charge (must be accompanied by an adult).
2. Ages 4-10: 50% of the adult price.

7:00 AM: Depart from Dar es Salaam and enjoy a scenic 5-hour drive to Nyerere National Park.

12:30 PM: Arrive at your lodge for check-in and lunch.

4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Experience an evening boat safari along the Rufiji River. 

Spot hippos, crocodiles, and  aquatic birds while enjoying the sunset over the river. 7:00 PM: Dinner and overnight at your lodge. 

6:30 AM: Early breakfast.

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Full-day game drive to explore the park’s vast wilderness. Encounter diverse wildlife  in their natural habitats and enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush. 

4:30 PM: Return to your lodge for leisure time. 

7:00 PM: Dinner and overnight at your lodge. 

6:00 AM, embark on a guided bush walk safari to explore the park on foot. Learn about animal tracks,  plants, and smaller wildlife while soaking in the early morning serenity. 

8:30 AM, return to the lodge for breakfast. 

10:00 AM,  check out and start your journey back to Dar es Salaam. 

3:00 PM, arrive in Dar es Salaam for drop-off at your location.
