Explore the best of Ecuador in just 3 days: from the impressive Quilotoa Lagoon to the relaxing hot springs of Baños and the majestic presence of Cotopaxi. Along the way, you will discover the rich indigenous culture, admire local handicrafts and marvel at breathtaking waterfalls and the famous swing at the end of the world. A short but adventurous trip in a country full of charm. 

We leave at 08:30 am from your hotel or place of stay in Quito.

We head towards the "Avenue of the Volcanoes", where with a favorable climate we will observe volcanoes such as: the Illinizas, Pasochoa, Corazon, Cotopaxi and Tungurahua. 

We continue to the community of Tigua. Visit a handicraft workshop, where painters are famous for portraying their environment, with hand-painted pictures on llama and sheep leather, outstanding for having a lot of color and portraying daily life. 

Viewpoint of Toachi: Meet the striking display of the eruptive power of the Quilotoa volcano, a 40-meter high canyon, approximately 1800 years old. 

Quilotoa Volcano: We will equip ourselves with warm clothes, sunscreen and comfortable shoes. We will walk to the viewpoint where we will observe the lagoon from the top. Once there, you can walk to the edge of the lagoon along a trail of approximately 2 kilometers for about 30 minutes, here you can enjoy activities such as boat rides or kayaking in the lagoon (boat and kayak not included). To go up, the time may vary depending on your physical condition, you have the option to rent a mule (mule transportation not included) to facilitate the journey up. 

Here you will also have the option to have lunch, since we will travel for approximately 3 hours to the town of Baños de Agua Santa. With an arrival time starting at 6pm.

- 10H30 Waterfalls route 

This route is one of the most famous of the city because we will cross tunnels, visit the dam and waterfalls such as Agoyan, Manto de la Novia, Puerta del Cielo, and cross the tarabita over the Pastaza River at a height of approximately 35 meters. To continue with a walk to the Pailon del Diablo waterfall, where you can cross the suspension bridge and balconies.

- 16H00 Tree House 

The Tree House with the swing at the end of the world is an iconic attraction with breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the Tungurahua volcano. It is also famous for its swing at the edge of the abyss, where you can swing over the cliff. Besides enjoying the gardens, nature trails and the letters of the city.

Departure at 08:30 am from Baños or Quito. We travel by private car for 2h30min approx, on the way we can make stops at interesting places such as the "Avenue of the volcanoes". At the entrance of the Cotopaxi National Park we will visit the Interpretation Center, the Limpiopungo lagoon and arrive at the parking lot at 4600m where you can hike to the José Rivas Refuge at 4864m with spectacular views, we will also have a snack and return to Baños or Quito, around 18h00.
