It was an amazing weekend with the Sista's; Khristine, Toulsi and Sera where amazing hostess. I left energetically charged with joy in my heart.

Tranquil, gentle, loving. This retreat was set up months ago and yet the timing was divinely inspired. I needed respite, I was worn down. I rested, ate great food, met some old friends and made a couple new ones. Will I attend next year's retreat? Absolutely!

This is wonderful retreat wether you are a beginner practitioner or have been practicing for many years, with time in between asana and learning Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology, Yoga Nidra and Kirtan to explore the forest, creeks, and trails, take a sauna, relax by the pool, meditate or rest. The food was delicious, the yurts were awesome with hot showers. It is a wonderful way to find community, and Khristine, Sera and Tulsi are masters of their craft, helping people connect to yoga beyond the mat. Book it!
