Do you feel stuck in your flexibility practice? Would you like to understand the biomechanics of your body and learn how to increase your range of motion in a safe way? Or are you simply curious to explore and discover all the amazing things your body can do? Then join us, Sara and Lenka, in our five day flexibility intensive. Our goal is to get you to fully understand the principles behind flexibility training and help you to cultivate a broad and supported range of motion.
This training is led by Sara Ticha (e-RYT 500) and Lenka Minarik (e-RYT 200), both certified YACEP, and can be added to your continuing education training hours at Yoga Alliance.
Anyone who is passionate about working with their body and open minded to try something new.
The Guest may cancel their booking at any time, providing that the cancellation is made by the person submitting the booking form and is notified to the Organizer in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by the Organizer. The deposit (EUR 270) is non-refundable, even in the case of a cancellation. However, if another person can be found to take the Guest’s place, then the Organizer may offer the Guest a refund. If the Guest’s entrance into Czech Republic will be denied due to COVID 19 their deposit will be returned to
them. Bookings are for the stated period of the retreat. There are no refunds for an unused portion of the retreat.
