Yoga Teacher Academy is based in California, USA and they will live stream sessions based on PDT (UTC -7) during summer and PST (UTC -8) for session/s after November 1st, 2020. Each year by the 3rd week in January over 50% of people have given up on their New Year's resolutions and goals.
