We had the best time. Hailey did the most outstanding job. Everything she planned for us from the hotels, to the tours and the dinners were great. Not a single hiccup. Hailey took great care of us in planning this out for us. I would recommend Hailey and Wanderlust Jetsetter to everyone.

The entire process of getting this trip booked was amazing!! Very seamless and Hailey was very attentive to what we were looking for. However, once we got to Europe, there were a couple of hiccups that caused us a bit of stress. This wasn’t necessarily on our agent and could have been on the tour guides, but our wine tour in Florence was listed under our agent’s name instead of ours, so we spent 20 minutes figuring that out with the tour guide. A bit stressful to start out with. Then in Sorrento, for one of tours, there was supposedly an email sent out the day before changing the location of the meeting point. We never received an email stating the change and the tour almost left without us. All of the tours that were booked were incredible and the hotels were great, specifically the one we stayed at in Sorrento. The only reason for a 4 star rating is for the extra stress added with those couple of tours and it had felt like the line of communication with our agent was cut off once we had paid everything. With it being our first time in Europe, I think we would have wanted a few more check ins, but this isn’t anything that would truly stop us from using Wanderlust again. We had such an amazing time in Bali,, Indonesia! All of the planning that you did for us was absolutely incredible. From the driving service, (we absolutely loved our driver), to the fantastic excursions, to the breathtaking views, it was truly a one of a kind trip and we’re so grateful for the hard work that you put in to make it so special! We honestly can’t even put into words how beautiful this trip was! Bali is such an amazing island and the people are wonderful.

Our adventure in Iceland was amazing. The hotel (Hilton Konsulate in Reykjavik) was a perfect location to great restaurants and shopping. We loved the Foodie Tour, The Glacier & Waterfall Tour, the Northern Lights Tour, but my favorite was the Blue Lagoon Tour! I highly recommend a visit to Iceland!

We asked Crystal to arrange a huge trip for us, travelling from Aruba to South Africa and stop in Dubai and NY. Everything was flawless, all bookings were easy, from flights, to hotels and check-ins. She even arranged drivers and tours and all companies were amazing! We also got an insane upgrade at one of our hotels. If I had any questions, she is super responsive and right on top of it. We could not have done this without her and saved us so much time of organizing and planning. We will absolutley use her again for all future trips. Thank you Crystal! You are the best
