Sanctuary Cap Cana, a private gated community retreat inside Punta Cana, is the Dominican Republic's most exclusive adults-only all-inclusive resort. Cap Cana is made up of 30,000 acres of flawless beaches, and oceanfront valley roads. It is the ideal destination for any type of traveler, with a variety of things to do, such as water sports and outdoor activities, and high quality restaurants.

This destination is also home to Punta Espada Golf Club, which is considered one of the best golf courses in the Caribbean. Cap Cana also holds one of the most spectacular marinas in the world, famous and accredited by international journals for its fishing. All of these amenities combined with Cap Cana’s turquoise waters and white sand beaches make it one of the most beautiful and desirable vacation spots in the world.

There is a non-refundable deposit of $250 per person, which is required to reserve your space. Your deposit is non-refundable, however, it does count toward your package. If you attend the trip, please note you have until June 15th, 2022, to cancel your trip for any reason. Your deposit is non-refundable. All trips are transferable, meaning if you cannot attend, you can transfer to another guest.

LATE FEES & FINANCE FEES

If you agree to the installment plan you are agreeing to stay on the agreed upon installment schedule along with any fees associated primarily financing fees. Any trip not paid off in full by final payment date will be subject to cancellation or at best at $25.00 late fee.

GENERAL INFORMATION, RESPONSIBILITIES & CONDITIONS PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDITIONS. RECEIPT OF ANY PAYMENT INDICATES YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS STATED BELOW.

The “Terms and Conditions” within this agreement is subject to be updated at any point by Passport Moms LLC. 

WAIVER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

To the best of my knowledge, I am in good physical condition and fully able to participate in. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with the participation on this trip, including physical injury or even death, and hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said events, knowing that the associated physical activity may be hazardous to me and my property. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OR LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, that may be sustained by me, or loss or damage to property owned by me, because of participation in this “weekend getaway” event. I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, Passport Moms LLC. or project, their officers, servants, agents, and employees (hereinafter referred to as RELEASES) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in physical activity, or while on or upon the premises where the event is being conducted. It is my expressed intent that this is a release and hold harmless agreement which shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and CONVENTION TO SUE The Passport Moms LLC and above-named RELEASES.

RESPONSIBILITY & RELEASE

This document gives notice that Passport Moms LLC. does not own or operate any motor coaches, aircraft, cruise lines, catering facilities, hotels or attractions and that all arrangements have been made with motor coach companies, hotels, and other independent suppliers to provide you with the services purchased in the trip upon the express condition that we shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, delay, bankruptcy, or any irregularity which may occur either by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the acts of default of any person or company engaged in providing transportation or other services. The Passport Moms LLC does not accept any liability for the actions or omissions of these independent suppliers over whom Passport Moms LLC. has no direct control. In the absence of negligence on Passport Moms LLC part, therefore EACH PARTICIPANT HEREBY RELEASES Passport Moms LLC . for losses or damage arising from physical or emotional injury, property damages, or other economic damage caused by such factors beyond The Passport Moms LLC control. Because of unforeseen circumstances, Passport Moms LLC. reserves the right to withdraw any trip or make any change, with or without notice, In the event of inclement weather, mechanical difficulties, or other events beyond the control of Passport Moms LLC. that cause delays, It SHALL NOT BE the responsibility of Passport Moms to pay for resulting costs and expenses to the group or trip client, including additional lodging and meals. Furthermore, It SHALL NOT BE the responsibility of Passport Moms LLC. to reimburse the group or trip client for trip inclusions missed resulting from such delay.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES

Optional activities are offered as advertised unless the weather or other conditions make it Impossible for individuals to participate. Payment for optional activities must be made in cash at the location. The Passport Moms LLC assumes no risk, liability, or responsibility for incidents or accidents which may occur to an individual while participating in any activity. Many activities are subject to a minimum participation as dictated by the operator and available transportation. Prices for all optional activities are subject to change with or without notice.

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS

Room assignments and location and decisions are made by the hotel personnel not by Passport Moms LLC. Per person prices are stipulated by the number of people in the room, not the number of beds. Double occupancy (2 people per room) does not mean that the room has two double beds. Triple and Quad rooms WILL NOT have more than two beds per room.

I UNDERSTAND IT AND (ELECTRONICALLY) SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreements have been made; and I acknowledge and represent that I HAVE READ THE FORGOING Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Passport Moms LLC.
