You are warmly invited to this nourishing and rejuvenating 4day weekend at the charming Braziers Park, South Oxfordshire. Enjoy yoga, relaxation, gong bath/sound healing, delicious, homemade vegetarian food, campfires and good company. Pick and choose which activities you do. There will be plenty of opportunities for deep rest and fresh air whilst exploring the beautiful grounds. This is open to all levels and suitable for beginners.
730-8.30am We will start with an energising, flowing yoga practice.
