Each retreat session is extremely exclusive and will have a maximum of 3-5 people to ensure that I can work with you individually as well as on a small group basis.

During the retreat you will have plenty of time to relax by the salt water pool with a mimosa, travel across the road to El Paseo for luxury shopping or to a nearby casino.

During your private energy healing session we will work together to begin healing past traumas, stress, anxiety, chords, and marks or curses in your energetic body rejuvenating your mind, body and spirit.

This retreat will not only allow you to relax in a beautiful setting with a small community of spiritual individuals, but it will leave you feeling refreshed and free from the stagnant energy physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.

Retreat Schedule:

Day 1:

Arrive and settle into accommodations

(wine, light bites, and refreshments will be served)

Explore the property or enjoy a refreshing dip in the salt water pool

Day 2:

Welcome and Intention setting ceremony:

Allow yourself to release all worry and enter into a relaxed meditative state where you will set your intention for the retreat and pin point any blockages, false beliefs, or negative emotions that need to be released.

One on One Reiki Energy healing sessions:

During your private energy healing session, I will begin channeling reiki energy through all 7 chakras to clear, refresh and renew past, stagnant, or blocked energy. We will work together to begin healing past traumas, stress, anxiety, chords, and marks or curses in your energetic body rejuvenating your mind, body, and spirit.

We will then have a one on one soul coaching session- delivering spiritual, energetic, and emotional support. Walking you through the session discussing the shifts, blocks, or strengths that presented themselves to me.

*The group will be divided into sessions for their 1 on 1 sessions- during which time other retreat participants will have free time to explore energy work tools, shopping, lounging and pool time.

Crystal Healing and Sound bath:

While laying, or sitting down in a comfortable position- I will intuitively place crystals onto your body. You will then experience chimes, bowls, and sounds that clear, soothe, and heal the body and spirit. Letting the waves of vibration wash over you while you enter a deep relaxed meditative state.

Day 3:

Morning Meditation and Intuition activation:

Allow your intuition to be heightened and for your third eye to open. Guided into a special meditation to open and receive intuitive messages, a special blend of therapeutic grade essential oils will be placed from the top of the head to the top of the brow to open and activate your third eye. During this transitive state you will look deep inside yourself and be able to hear any messages your higher self has been trying to tell you.

Empathy and Self love empowerment:

Often the givers of enormous amounts of love we seem to forget one person- ourselves! Look into your soul and celebrate your natural spiritual energy! Strengthen your energetic and emotional body and give yourself permission to be present, honest, and kind to yourself. Learn techniques to aid in keeping and maintain energy and confidence.

Day 4:

Reflection and release:

Share your most substantial shifts, breakthroughs, or relaxing activities as we bring the retreat to a close. You will then be guided into a powerful release meditation that will transmute and free any lingering energy that is no longer serving your highest good to send you off in a complete state of euphoria.
