Designed for one to three guests, the setting offers the privacy and comfort needed to fully immerse yourself in your learning and practice.
Morning sessions are educational and hands-on, giving you the time and personalized guidance to build a strong foundation in yoga. Evenings are dedicated to relaxation through restorative practices, Yoga Nidra, meditation, yoga philosophy, and meaningful discussion.
A nourishing breakfast and lunch are provided each day.
In the evenings, you're free to explore one of the area's locally owned restaurants and experience the charm of small-town North Carolina.
To further personalize your retreat, optional add-on experiences are available, including forest bathing, sound baths, wine tasting, massage therapy, Reiki, and more.
Unlike traditional yoga retreats or studio classes, this experience is designed entirely around you. With personalized one-on-one coaching, you'll have the freedom to ask questions, move at your own pace, and receive guidance tailored to your body, goals, and learning style.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the very first time or looking to build a stronger foundation, you'll leave with the knowledge, confidence, and personalized tools to continue your yoga journey long after the retreat ends.
The Beginner's Yoga Immersion is taught over four days through six personalized coaching sessions, giving you the time and individual attention to build a strong foundation in yoga. Together, you'll explore the fundamentals of yoga, including breathing techniques (pranayama), proper alignment in foundational poses, meditation, relaxation practices, and the philosophy behind yoga. By the end of the retreat, you'll have the knowledge and confidence to continue your practice with clarity and ease.
