This was my fourth retreat with Kasham and a very special experience of reunion with others from past retreats. 6 days of fellowship and communion under the leadership and guidance of Kasham and Hanna was a truly transformative experience I am still processing and integrating into my everyday life. The power of the work we did collectively and independently through workshops, body movement, music and interaction has furthered my own personal development, mind, body and spirit to a new level. Kasham’s retreats are a unique experience every time and have given me so many tools to integrate into my life as I continue on a path of healing and personal exploration. They are the gift to myself that keeps on giving long after I return home. The support provided pre and post retreat is so valuable in setting intentions for my retreat experience and integration afterwards.. I cannot express enough love and gratitude to Kasham, Hanna, Paula and my fellow retreat attendees for making this retreat a truly life changing experience of healing and growth.

This was a wonderfully positive experience, I had an unforgettable time! Kasham provided a beautiful environment, both physically and mentally, that felt loving and safe at all times. I didn't have many expectations when I joined, even if I did, the retreat exceeded anything I ever expected. Thank you Kasham & Hanna for hosting me, this has been the best experience for 2023/24!
