Having enjoyed your breakfast early in the morning at 6:30 am, you are later met by the driver guide to drive you to the Kinigi Park headquarters for about 30 minutes.

Reaching the headquarters, you are welcomed warmly then offered a Cup of hot coffee or cappuccino to warm and prepare you for your Gorilla Trekking Adventure in the wild forest.

After you are briefed on conduct around the Mountain Gorillas then later are allocated in groups of 8 with a lead park ranger who after transfers you to the starting point at the forest. He will lead you into the forest to trek the Mountain Gorilla Group allocated to you for a period of 2 to 6 hours. This depend on the current location of the Gorilla Group as these sometime move further making it go beyond the suggested hours.

When you meet the majestic Giant Gorillas, you are allowed an hour to stay in their presence taking many photos with a camera that has no flash.

After trekking the Gorillas, you shall transfer to your lodge for delicious Dinner and an Overnight. Overnight. Five volcanoes Boutique Hotel (Luxury) or Ingagi Park view lodge (Midrange). Meal plan Breakfast, lunch and Dinner. 

Other than Gorillas, travellers that visit the park can engage in tracking the orange covered Golden Monkeys. Enjoy early morning breakfast then embark on drive to the Kinigi Park headquarters for short briefing on conduct around the Golden Monkeys in the forest.

With a hot cup of coffee/ cappuccino, you are briefed on the Golden Monkeys, their habitat, way of life etc then are allocated in groups of 8 with lead park ranger per group.

After, you shall be transferred to the park to trek the Golden Monkeys and this will take you a period of 2 to 4 hours and when you meet them, follow them from one trail to another as they jump from one tree branch to the next in excitement on seeing you. Take many photos to keep with you.

After tracking the Golden Monkeys, return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Five volcanoes Boutique Hotel (Luxury) or Ingagi Park view lodge (Midrange). Meal plan Breakfast, lunch and Dinner.

Morning breakfast then embark on departure to the vast Kigali International Airport to board your flight back home. Meal plan Breakfast
