Begin your journey with an early morning transfer to Nairobi Terminus Railway Station. Board the Madaraka Express train to Voi. Upon arrival, you will be met by your guide and transferred for lunch in Voi town.

After lunch, proceed to the Kasigau Community, located at the foothills of Kasigau Hill, a region known for its rich culture and scenic landscapes. On arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by local cultural dancers, offering a vibrant introduction to the community before checking in at the Kasigau Bandas.

The rest of the day is at leisure, allowing you to relax and settle into the peaceful community environment after your journey.

After breakfast, begin your immersive community experience with a guided village orientation.

Engage in a range of cultural and environmental activities, including:
• Meeting the local women’s group engaged in traditional basket weaving

Prepare for a full-day trekking experience on Kasigau Hill, one of the most scenic and culturally significant landscapes in the region. Accompanied by experienced local guides, you will explore:

• Cultural insights about the mountain and its importance to the community

A packed picnic lunch will be provided during the trek. This experience offers excellent opportunities for photography, nature appreciation, and immersive eco-learning.

Descend in the late afternoon and return to the bandas for relaxation after the trek.
