Have you ever thought of learning Reiki but don't know where to start? You've come to the right page! Linda from Italy Farm Stay is a certified Usui Reiki master and you will learn about Reiki on her unique authentic farm in the beautiful Italian countryside. When not in the course, you can relax in peaceful tranquility, eat fresh fruit from the trees, ramble around in the beautiful forests, take part in yoga classes, immerse yourself in Italian culture, and enjoy delicious homemade Italian meals.

Program
Reiki
Reiki, an ancient healing method, has been rediscovered by Doctor Mikao Usui from Japan. It is the universal life force energy which is always present and permeates the whole world and universe. After you receive level I attunement, you can channel this universal energy and use it for yourself and the people and situations around you. This is simply done by putting your hands in position and ask for the energy.
Reiki, which is always flowing, works for everybody. It is a very strong and simple way to change your life profoundly for the better. At the end of the retreat, you will get Reiki level I certificate and it is possible to continue your course to level II.
Retreat itinerary
Day 1
Arrive at the farm at any time you like. Dinner is served at 8:00 p.m.
Day 2
In the morning, you will have your Hatha yoga class and the start of your Reiki course.
Day 3
In the morning, you will have your Hatha yoga class and Reiki one initiation and practice.
Day 4
You will have your last Hatha yoga class in the morning and you may depart from the farm at any time you like.
