About this trip

KechEvents happily offers you this individual four days yoga and wellbeing retreat at Riad Magellan, a peaceful venue still located right in the heart of the Old Town (Medina) of Marrakesh. Staying in the Medina is probably nothing like anything you have ever experienced before, so get lost a few times and soak up the ancient city life!

Program

Classes are suitable for both, beginner to experienced practitioners, as Stef, originally from France, teaches in a way that moves through the stages, layers, and levels of the body so there is something for everyone to feel and look at.


This individual retreat is available any time of the year and can easily be extended with additional nights in Bed & Breakfast

Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 (Vinyasa Yoga) - Prem Flow Yoga Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Vinyasa Yoga) Stef is an Alliance certified (Prem Flow Yoga) and experienced yoga teacher. Through the years she has settled her practice in Flow Vinyasa style for its creativity and infinite rhythmic variations, while keeping precision in alignment. Stef also has a background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yoga dedicated to Women. She likes to fuse all her knowledge into her teaching in order to sensitize students to feel and promote the flow of natural energy throughout the body. Her classes are both dynamic and yin yoga asanas in a joyful vinyasa style.
