A four week artist retreat in Troo, France with accommodation for up to two people in the 1 BR/1 BA cottage (double bed in the bedroom downstairs with en suite bathroom, plus double sofa bed in living room upstairs), 24/7 access to the art studio (with en suite bathroom), all utilities including electric heat in the cottage and wifi (NO TV), and cleaning fee.

 45 EUR application fee.  45 euros, if you are accepted, will be deducted from your balance due.  If you are not accepted,  we will refund 25 euros (20 euros will be kept to cover the cost of processing your application.) 

Cancellation Policy:  We will refund

   • 50% of your full payment if you cancel up to 5 weeks before your booked stay

    • 25% of your full payment if you cancel between 5 and 3 weeks before your booked stay

    • 10% of your full payment if you cancel during the last 3 weeks before your booked stay

    • No refund will be offered if you fail to take your retreat, for any reason, or if you arrive late.

Notification of Cancellation must be confirmed in writing.  If we have not received the balance of the cost of your retreat by 30 days before the start date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.  We strongly advise you to take out your own holiday cancellation insurance coverage.
