Are you ready for a challenge that will transform your life? 


40 Days of Mindfulness is a comprehensive, integrated program of yoga, meditation, and mindful eating designed to build the foundation for a more mindful life. 

  

Whether you are new to an integrated program or need a kickstart to get you back to where you want to be, Pete Guinosso’s 40 Day journey is a personal challenge with community support to help you along the way. 


The 40 Day Challenge is designed to help participants develop the tools that they need to:


Feel stronger

Increase focus and energy

Reduce Stress

Start, re-engage or deepen meditation practice

Start or deepen a daily yoga practice

Identify new habits to replace old patterns that no longer serve you

Eat healthier


Meetings to be held 6 Sundays from 2:00 - 4:00 PM.

As a student of the 40 Days program, you will receive:

6 weekly - 2 hour group meetings for instruction, support, sharing, and meditation.

Pete Guinosso (E-RYT 500) helps students connect with their hearts. His gentle guidance and intuitive assists allow students of all levels to step out of their comfort zones and find their own authentic path in the practice. Pete’s classes offer strong, vigorous sequencing grounded in the breath and intention, and always leaves room for playfulness and fun.

Yoga, hiking, meditation, and camping is a perfect combination! Pete does an exceptional job of building community, and making everyone feel welcome. There was a great variety of people on this trip--people from near and far, with a little yoga experience or a lot, some who had never camped before--and it sure seemed like everyone was happy and their needs were met! There's a beautiful lake near the campsite, the food and massage was great. This is a great trip, and an excellent trip leader!

The best yoga, wonderful food, warm community! Next time we will be able to hike more! The smoke from wildfires was a bummer, but, the leader (Pete) was compassionate and prepared.

Pete's workshops are always amazing. His intentional and warm style is rounded out with levity and good beats. The yoga is both challenging and nourishing. He's my favorite!
