Primary objective of the Spiritual Nepal Tour is to offer ample time for relaxation and meditation in a peaceful environment, while immersing oneself in the tranquil ambiance of the world's highest mountain range and cultural heritage sites such as Lumbini (the birthplace of Gautam Buddha), Pashupati Nath Temple, Namo Bouddha, Bouddha Nath Stupa, and other spiritually significant locations in Nepal.

Day 01: ARRIVAL KATHMANDU.
Arrival to Kathmandu

Day 02: KATHMANDU – Sightseeings.

Visit Durbar Square, Kumari Devi residence, Freak Street, Swayambudnath Stupa (for sunset meditation!)in Swayambudnath (before sunset) do Thanka Studio
Transfer to hotel
Overnight in hotel
Day 03: KATHMANDU – BHAKTAPUR – CHANGU NARAYAN – NAGARKOT.

Drive and visit Bhaktapur
Drive to Changu Narayan and visit Vishnu Narayan Temple
Drive to Nagarkot
evening meet with local shaman at your hotel and starting shamanism program ceremony with local Shaman.

Day 04: NAGARKOT – DHULIKHEL.

Morning walk around the area
Drive to Dhulikel (with stops on the way)
Walk (if weather ok) to the top hilL (1715 m) to watch sunset

Day 05: DHULIKHEL – NAMOBUDDHA – DHULIKHEL.

Visit Namobuddha monastery and area
Spend day there Joining with monks self activities (meditation, mantra,…) and meet lama there to explain a bit.
Drive back to Dhulikel

Day 06: DHULIKHEL – BANDIPUR.

Drive to Bandipur (with stops on the way)
Visit old part of Bandipur and bazaar

Day 07: BANDIPUR – POKHARA.

Drive to Pokhara
When arrive to Pokhara, take a trip by boat to Island. (Barahi Temple)
Drive to Peace Pagoda and wait for sunset

Day 08: POKHARA.

Meet with Lama and self spend time with him (for meditation, explanations about buddhism,..)
