Deposits , Payments & Insurance

• All reservations require a Non-Refundable deposit of $200.

• All roommates must pay the deposit the same day to reserve the room.

• Any reservations made after July 15, 2026 are subject to room availability.

• Reservations can be made using major credit cards or debit cards. At no time will we ever request payment via PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or any other electronic app payment method. 

• All payments will incur a processing fee.

• Payments are invoiced through bluesjamaicagetaway@gmail.com You will receive payment email reminder to the email address used to register. Please be sure your email is correct.

• Guests MUST book via This Website to participate in events. Only registered guests are permitted to participate in private activities. 

• Payments are due on the 15th of every month, No exception,  Final payment is due July 15, 2026.

• Insurance is optional : Medical Reasons Only

• Trip Cancellations Coverage - Medical Condition Limit: Claims for Trip Cancellation due to a medical condition can be covered. Medical Documents from a medical professional will need to be provided. Refund will come in the form of a future credit that can be used toward any future booked through Vanessa Spence. • HOW DO I PAY MY NEXT INSTALLMENT?

Pay your next installment after your initial deposit.

There are two ways to pay your next installment:

1. You will receive an email from the organizer. The email will have a big button "Make Payment". Just click on the button, sign in to your WeTravel account, and you will be redirected to the payment page for your installments. 

2. You can at any time sign in to wetravel.com and pay your balance there. Click on "My Trips".  Then click on "Manage Booking"

Cook Out will feature one of the BEST chef's in Montego Bay Jamaica. The night will feature a Open Bar, Foam Pool Party, 360 Camera Booth, Fire Show, Stilt Walkers. 4 DJ's, and ALLLLL the artist will be in the Building.....

Buses will leave the Lobby at 7 pm

Picture Day will be at our All White Private Villa Birthday Bash / Meet & Greet and Also before we board the boat at Margaritaville & At the Concert....

Private Blues Cruise on a Party Boat , this Pre Turn-Up will be at Margaritaville in Montego Bay, Jamaica then we will board our very own private boat for one of the biggest parties on the Caribbean Sea with 5 DJ's, an Open Bar & More for four hours.
