Meditation and Yoga Retreat 2019
4 nights of yoga practice in body, breath and mind to refresh and renew the spirit, allowing for recovery and rest from your busy everyday life. Join us for our revitalising journey on and off the mat.
Each day will be made up of morning vinyasa, followed by afternoon yin and restorative yoga and also a dedicated workshop to take place throughout the week. During the week we will come together to share and meditate to help you truly benefit from the sessions and expand your yoga experience and knowledge.
There will be optional activities and free time to allow you to explore the the vibrant city of Marrakech. You will be able to enjoy the local nature parks and gardens, explore the famous markets or simply sunbathe on the terrace or treat yourself to one of the available spa treatments available. The retreat offers beautiful views of both the city and Atlas mountains from the rooftop. It's close to the Museum of Marrakech, which was once owned by the Grand Vizer, advisor to the king. It has also been home to Jazz icon Josephine Baker in the 1920s who loved to relax in the fountain courtyard. All rooms have an ensuite bath or shower, hairdryer and stylish furniture with a French Moroccan taste. The riad has a dedicated rooftop and indoor yoga shala, dipping pool and private hammam. This retreat is designed to allow you to fully relax with friends or partners, or simply take time to be by yourself.
