Immerse in a 5 day 4 night journey into wholeness. A chance to deepen your relationship with the self and dive into your commitment to wellness and your personal legend.
Indulge in tropical fruits and the rich culture as we journey into the deep mountains of Puerto Rico and experience the lush green tobacco and cacao fields and eat nourishing traditional meals prepared by our local specialists.
This retreat is geared towards anyone who needs to reset and reboot from the stressors the past two years have offered.
Start each day with an early movement class in nature to awaken the body and identify any areas of tension. Start with Yoga, Zumba and traditional Bomba movement classes.
Next enjoy a nourishing breakfast made from local ingredients grown on the island by the local farmers.
After taking care of your body we immerse in a deep dive conversation about living from your center and incorporating mind, body, heart and spirit into your day to day life. We start the day with setting an intention during the morning integration group as we identify areas in our life and self that we want to master.
With your intention set we take on the journey and excursion for the day (hiking to waterfalls, visiting local sustainable farms, salt mines, caves and of course beaches).
Have lunch on site and participate in a mid day check in group.
Return to your cabins and prepare to meet for dinner (evening excursions on certain days) and close the day with a fire circle processing group.
San Sebastian and Las Marias are located on the Northwest part of the island of Puerto Rico. It is known for its luscious green mountains and waterfalls.
The area is also known for its rich history and taino influences which earned it the name of "the Hammock Towns". This area's history is a rich representation of the resilience of the people of Puerto Rico as it is the home of the "Grito de Lares" (Cry of Lares) and also home to the largest farming and food sustainability revolution of the island.
