Luh was born to a Balinese high Priest and her siblings are now also Hindu Priests.

Instead of Luh following the specific traditions of her family she branched out into a different Spiritual path after facing many life challenges of depression, addictions, and cancer.

Luh combined her healing wisdom of herbs she was taught by her Grandparents and deepened her knowledge through modern-day learning. She then began to combine everything she learned to heal.

Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, herbal medicine, crystal healing, energy healing, and the Ayurveda lifestyle. In 2016 Luh began holding regular workshops on Chakra, crystal healing, pranayama, and yoga.

Luh traveled around Indonesia, South Asia, France, India, Nepal & Sri Lanka teaching her own yoga teacher training in 2018. This is when Luh began to learn Vedic astrology in Rishikesh.


As a child, Abdi grew up in a home of a Shaman and through out his life time he has studied under different Gurus which, has led him to share all his knowledge acquired through time as an energy healer, today he helps others on their path to wellbeing. Abdi is a trained and certified Sound Healing and Gong Master, by the Pyramids of Chi, also known as a Balinese Energy Healer (amongst other skills and tools he offers,). In his sound Healing session he will be presenting the magic of the Gong, Pow Wow Drum, Semantic Drum, and Tibetan Bowl. These sounds and vibrations thereof will drive your brain wave in to Theta frequency which brings your mind into a deep relaxation creating balance in your chakras, (the energy centers in our body). As an Energy healer he will reconnect you to pure Universal Energy to clear, ground, energize, harmonize, and create a sense of peace and bliss in our energy body, the subtle energy.

Luh arrives at the hotel at 11am. She offers combination sessions of Sate Yoga Chakra Activation, Creative Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Yin/Yang and Slow Her Flow. Chakra breathing breathwork.

Chakra Breathwork supports so many challenges that everyone goes through. It reduces stress and creates openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication and connection. Breathwork also helps release trauma and mental, physical, and emotional blockages, anxiety, depression, fear, sadness, and anger.


After the yoga class, perform Reiki in a Sound Healing Ceremony with Luh and Julio. Connect with your special intentions while receiving healing energy from Reiki and the Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath. May it guide you on a journey of love to reunite with your ancestors.

Energy medicine, like acupuncture and acupressure, aims to support energy flow and release blockages. Improving the flow of energy in the body allows for relaxation, reduces pain, promotes healing, and reduces other symptoms of disease.

Craniosacral therapy session

This therapy contains energy and body elements to help you achieve balance. This is achieved by stimulating a flushing of the spine and cerebrospinal fluid through the cranial, sacral and coccygeal bones, relieving stress and pain.

This therapy is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on healing method that focuses on rhythmic, wave-like pulses that travel throughout the body. This therapy derives from osteopathy, an approach that emphasizes the role of the musculoskeletal system in health and disease. The practitioner records not only the client's attitudes and intentions, but also what they perceive at selected points in the body and craniosacral system (the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord). The goal of craniosacral therapy is to remove the limitations of this system in order to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

Remember to eat a snack before each energy work session. The healer may need to arrive 5-20 minutes before her session to set up the equipment. Enjoy your session!

Aftercare during a healing session:


Many of the benefits of energy healing are immediate after the session. Therefore, it's important to find a quiet, relaxing place to consolidate what might happen. We encourage clients to meditate, lie down, take a walk in nature, or take a nap for at least 15-20 minutes after the session.

Hydration is important after any kind of energy work. Be sure to drink a glass or two of water after your session. I also think adding electrolytes to the water is a good idea as it helps replenish the body. reflection

Taking time to reflect after a session is often helpful. Whether that means journaling, drawing, or recording the insights you gain during your experience... You can also listen to calming or inspirational music.
