All lodges provide en-suite bathrooms, hot showers, and full-board service, including daily packed lunches and unlimited bottled water.

Safari rates are based on double/twin or triple occupancy, with family rooms available at select properties upon request. Single supplement rooms can also be arranged for solo travelers at an additional cost. Travel times between national parks range from 45 minutes to 6 hours, offering scenic drives through the Great Rift Valley, rolling highlands, and the sweeping plains of the Serengeti.

Your pre-safari briefing will be conducted at your hotel. If you arrive before 5:00 PM on the day prior to your safari, the briefing will take place that evening. If you arrive later, your guide will meet you for the briefing on the morning of your safari before departure.
